Besides an extension of M series motors, the overall performance is improved thanks to Class H insulation varnish, high quality silicon steel lamination, PTFE high temperature slot liner, Nomex wedge slot, Nomex inter-phase and end insulation, high temperature thrust bearing, viton O-ring(180℃)., high temperature motor oil.
HMCC Rotary Gas Separator and Intake are of 387, 400, 540 and 675 series.
HMCC rotary separator is a device that efficiently separate gas from the well fluid entering separator. Its working principle is that substance of different density will have different centrifugal forces at high-speed rotation. The separators are used together with ESP in oil wells with less than 30% gas at pump intake. For wells of high gas content, tandem gas separators are available to guarantee reliable ESP performance.
HMCC intake applies to wells with no gas.
Monel alloy K-500 shafts are standard for rotary separator and intake. High-strength shafts are also available.
Corrosion-resistant coatings construction are available for CO2, H2S and other corrosive environments.
Tungsten-carbide bearings are available for sandy wells and other applications for which maximum run life is required, and they have repeatedly shown less wear in actual field performance.
HMCC pumps, consisting of 387, 400, 540 and 675 series, are submersible pumps of high efficiency with a wide-capacity range. These pumps can handle production rates from 150 to 33200 bbl/d at 60Hz, from 19 to 4220 m³/d at 50Hz.
HMCC pumps are multistage centrifugal submersible pumps. Each stage consist of a rotating impeller and a stationary diffuser. Ni-Resist stages perform well in applications and special metallurgies are available for corrosive or abrasive wells.
